Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the MacroCoach App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Medical Disclaimer

MacroCoach is a tracking and coaching tool, not a medical provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a physician before starting a new diet program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Accounts and Roles

• Accuracy: You must provide current, complete, and accurate account information.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Coaching: MacroCoach facilitates a platform for coaching but is not responsible for specific advice given by individual Coaches.

Subscriptions and Refund Policy

• Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription handled via Apple, Google, or Shopify.
• Refund Disputes: We reserve the right to contest refund requests if our records show significant use of the Services. To protect against fraudulent refund claims, we use RevenueCat to track and report app activity to the relevant App Store (e.g., Apple) as evidence that the Services were successfully delivered and utilized.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your device settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt the App's security.

Limitation of Liability

MacroCoach is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including data loss or health issues.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
